Why this matters

Why I created this

This came from my own journey

After years of searching — through trauma, mindfulness, psychology, and spiritual exploration — I kept arriving at the same truth: the way we see ourselves can quietly imprison us. Or, when we finally look at it honestly, it can begin to set us free.
