There was a moment in my life when I thought I had taken my last breath.
I was drowning—caught in the relentless grip of the ocean, held under by a wave so powerful that I no longer had any control.

And so, the years passed. I lost everything in a bank collapse. My home. My financial security. I fell into bankruptcy and divorce. And the worst part? I was still haunted by my own mind. Depression, Anger, and a sense of being completely and utterly lost.
Imagine walking through a fog so dense you can’t see you hands in front of your face. You know there’s a path somewhere beneath your feet, but you can’t see it. Every step feels uncertain, and with each misstep, the fear and anxiety grows. That was my life.
With the little energy I had left I set out on the hardest journey of my life, something that took almost 20 years, a mission to bio hack my mind and body back to health.
I travelled the world in search of answers, interviewing the top neuroscientists, doctors and spiritual gurus including Thich Nhat Hanh, and Shadguru and Amma also known as the hugging Saint.
I underwent intensive Vipassana meditation, spent time in Ashrams, tested smart drugs and even ordained as a buddhist monk, all in an effort to reprogram my mind back to health.
Then, I discovered something, an insight so profound that it changed everything.
