I spent 22 years of my life running from myself, I quickly realised fresh new distractions kept me thinking about my childhood traumas, so I kept running finding those fresh new places in the world to explore, instead of leading too peace of mind and clarity, this lead to substance abuse, adrenaline addiction, anger issues, manic depression, a divorce and suicidal thoughts.
I now feel happier than I have for many, many years, I finally have the relationship with my Father I’ve always dreamed. I’m content, Calm and Peacful. My anger issues faded and my depression lifted. I replaced my addictions with Meditation and live as Mindful and compassionately as i can. Occasionally I might have a bad day, but this is rare, even when doors still shut on me, I’m told my ideas won’t always work, or the car breaks unexpectedly. I now take everything in my stride, Positivity & Happiness have taken up permenent residency in my mind.

I was taught, as a Buddhist monk, for years the correct posture and breathing techniques to succeed and finally after many years of personal triumphs and failures including thousands of hours meditating in rains retreats as a Buddhist Monk, I finally have a deep understand of our human consciousness. Please don’t get me wrong I am not claiming enlightenment or sainthood, far from it, yet from meditation I have gained an incredible lasting peace and tranquility within my own mind, worries now don’t drain my energy anymore, I feel happier and more alive than ever before and I understand my human experience with clarity. I and can do the same for You!
